RETURNS:
We understand there may be an occasion when a return may be necessary. Measure and choose wisely when ordering to avoid the extra return charges.
If you decide to return a product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt for return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization. All returns requesting a refund are for product price only, less shipping costs and 25% restocking fee. Charges for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will not be issued for any used or damaged merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original box and packaging. Once a pet has been placed in or on and item, it is deemed non returnable. Returned merchandise not meeting these requirements will be rejected or destroyed and will not be credited. If merchandise is rejected or refused by customer a 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned packages.
If for any reason an order is cancelled it becomes the customer's responsibility to follow the return policy.
Please understand that often times refunds will not reflect on your credit card until the next billing cycle - this is not something we can control.
Cancellation of an order will be considered a return and will be subject to the 25% restocking fee unless arrangements are made in advance.
BAD ADDRESS:
There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returned packages because of a bad address being supplied.
EXCHANGES:
Due to the large products we sell, we do not accept exchanges.
